Each treat is hand and home  made, by loving humans, not a giant lifeless cold machine- to order, not months ahead, sitting on a shelf. So sometimes our treats might not be "perfect" in shape or look- our guarantee is the ingredients are natural, good for dogs, and no preservatives. 

Lucy Loo treats do not have chemical preservatives, so our product will last approx. 2 weeks when just left out, we suggest refrigerating or freezing those treats you won't be using quickly, we have found treats will last up to 2 months refrigerated and 3+ months frozen.

Our commitment is to source and use natural ingredients - we want our pups to have treats that are good for them, not dead, chemical laden, cardboard. As anything, treats should be given in accordance to healthy practices.  We add NO sugar to our products, while there may be some natural sugars - we do not introduce any (they are not good for your puppy).

We are blessed to have a incredible group of pup friends, that have/will help us with recipes, shapes, and tastes. We will continue to find new recipes and update our offerings, with seasonal items, as well as ongoing additions.

Absolutely - they won't taste as good as an M&M or Chocolate Chip Cookie a human might like, but all ingredients are natural and human grade.  We use a great deal of natural peanut butter (proteins) and coconut oil (fatty acids) that help with energy, hair & skin, and other healthy attributes.
